Clay Pot Khao Man Gai

Our signature "Clay Pot Khao Man Gai" is a masterpiece realized in November 2020, born from the desire to serve "freshly made Khao Man Gai," inspired by feedback from friends and regular customers. Shimanto chicken thigh is slowly cooked, and the jasmine rice, prepared in a clay pot by Iga-ware potter Naoto Inaba, absorbs the chicken's umami into each grain, earning a reputation for its universally appealing taste. Sanshu Sangen Pork "Hakuo" Nam Tok Moo (Spicy Grilled Pork Salad)
総州三元豚白王のナムトックムー (グリルポークの辛い和え物)
Nam Tok Moo is a pork salad dish eaten in the Isaan region of Northeast Thailand. Sliced grilled pork is flavored with various herbs, toasted rice powder, and roasted chili peppers, then seasoned with fish sauce, lime, and sugar for a distinctly Thai taste. "Nam Tok" means "waterfall" in Thai, and "Moo" means "pork." It is said to be named after the way the fat drips like a waterfall when the pork is grilled over a net.
