Morisho has been serving handmade ni-hachi soba, milled with a stone mill since its establishment. Please enjoy our soba, which has a smooth texture, good bite, and aroma, along with our rich soba broth made with generous amounts of katsuobushi from Kagoshima Prefecture. Our seasonal creative soba and hand-fried kakiage are also popular.
