Ozakigyu (Ozakigyu)

Ozakigyu (Ozakigyu) is the only Wagyu beef in Japan named after a person. Served in JAL's international first-class cabins. This extremely rare Wagyu is difficult to obtain; it took us, Ikebukuro no Kaze, over 5 years to establish a legitimate supply channel.
