The Pacific saury season has arrived! It's nicely fatty now. We will grill it slowly over Binchotan charcoal. It pairs well with chilled 'hiyo-oroshi' sake! Besides grilled, you can also enjoy it as sashimi.

【New Menu】After much trial and error, we have finally achieved a taste we are satisfied with! Ippo uses various dashi broths depending on the dish, and we agonized over this dashi-maki. As a result, we use fish broth for the egg mixture itself and soba broth for the simmering liquid!
