Making sake more accessible and casual. All our Doburoku is brewed in-house in small batches with care. We focus on bringing out the rice's umami, gentle sweetness, and the flavors of each ingredient.

Recommended for first-time visitors. Made with Yamada Nishiki rice grown in our own fields in Wakayama Prefecture. It has the umami of rice yet a clean taste with low alcohol content.
