Beef and Premium Brand Pork Dashi-shabu course “ Kodemari ”
Appetizer: Yurine Tofu Served with Our Signature Dashi broth Yurine ( Lily Bulb ) is mashed , kneaded to a silky texture , and chilled to set. With its gentle texture and subtle sweetness and saltiness, enjoy it with our special bonito dashi broth. Sliced raw fish(Sashimi) No.1: Spot prawn with sprout spot prawn, which has a plump texture, is made into a salad with sprouted vegetables. The sweetness of the spot prawn and the spiciness of the sprouted vegetables go well together. Sliced raw fish(Sashimi) No.2: Yellowtail with grated radish and spicy ponzu Yellowtail is one of the most popular winter fish in Japan, as it grows fat during the cold season and has a melt-in-your-mouth flavor. Roughly grated daikon radish is poured over the fish with spicy ponzu vinegar.
