Bienvenue ! On est très contents de vous recevoir, Quelques mots sur notre menu... On fait nos pâtes fraîches tous les jours sur place, à la main. Vous pouvez nous voir les faire en passant devant le restaurant. On prépare aussi notre pâte à pizza et on la laisse reposer 36n au moins avant de la passer au four à 400°. La logique de BOBBY c'est de vous proposer les plats italiens qui nous plaisent en privilégiant au max les produits de saison, locaux et bio. Donc pas mal de nos produits comme la charcuterie, les tomates et les farines viennent de top producteurs italiens, sauf quand on a trouvé des solutions plus "proches" pour le même niveau de qualité. Par exemple, notre mozza est produite en IDF avec du lait de bufflonne française, avec les mêmes procédés qu'en Campanie. Les légumes, fruits, produits laitiers et œufs sont locaux et/ou bio Nos vins sont italiens et français, parfois natures, parfois conventionnels. N'hésitez pas à prendre un peu de tout et à partager: on vous donnera des assiettes individuelles si vous le faites. Bon à savoir: On met du parmesan sur tous les plats de pâtes fraîches, donc dites-nous si vous n'en voulez pas ! Sur les pizzas, vous pouvez échanger n'importe quel produit pour un équivalent.
