A one-of-a-kind flour Yasubee's tsukemen is made with a passion for "noodles." This dedication could not be achieved with the approximately 100 types of flour currently available on the market. That's why we arrived at a "one-of-a-kind flour" created exclusively for Yasubee. To create exceptionally "delicious noodles," we blend over 4 carefully selected wheat varieties in exquisite proportions. We use varieties with excellent viscoelasticity to achieve the unique chewy texture while maintaining the firmness essential for Chinese noodles. Furthermore, because we blend primarily the white part of the endosperm, which yields only a small amount from each grain of wheat, an exceptionally beautiful color is another characteristic. Enjoy the smooth texture and the chewy, springy feel created from this perfectly balanced flour blend.
