A yakitori restaurant where you eat without removing from the skewer. Proud of our secret sauce, passed down and replenished for 20 years. [Secret Sauce] We add Awaji Island salt, rich in minerals, to create a mellow flavor, enjoying the richness, sweetness, and charcoal aroma. [Yuzu Pepper] Made only with pesticide-free yuzu from Kumamoto, Ako salt, and green chili peppers. Be careful not to use too much! [Condiments] Fragrant Japanese mustard, flavorful katsuo ume (bonito and plum), accent of grated garlic, and premium yuzu pepper. They further enhance the flavor of the yakitori!
