"Gokujo Aonori - Seito" uses only green laver harvested from the clear streams of the Yoshino River in Shikoku, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavor.

Tobitama was created in 2009 to commemorate the 350th anniversary of the establishment of "Tsukiji" through land reclamation projects during the Edo period. It is an original egg omelet from Tsukiji Shouro.
