Our noodles are made using high-quality Hokkaido wheat and pure natural kansui, emphasizing the wheat's natural aroma and flavor without any unpleasant odors. As we do not use any additives, preservatives, or bleaching agents, the noodles may appear slightly dark, but please enjoy them with confidence. We carefully craft each ball of noodles to provide a safe and delicious bowl. *To maximize the noodles' flavor, we cook them in a pot, allowing them to swim freely, and then finish them in a flat pan.
