BRITTANY AND JAPAN - At Breizh Café, we don't talk about culinary fusion but about bringing two cuisines closer. One of our goals is to serve as a bridge between Breton and Japanese culture, both linked by buckwheat and seafood products. LA FERME BREIZH CAFÉ - Located in Saint-Coulomb, between Cancale and Saint-Malo, Ferme Breizh Café covers 11 hectares.

The Madec family, oyster farmers since 1898, is located on the banks of the Aber Benoît in Lannilis in the Coum meadow. Their oysters have won several awards at the Concours Général Agricole. Fine hollow oysters n°3.
