Authentic Bun Cha BETOMEN
Bun Cha is said to have originated in Hanoi, Northern Vietnam. In Vietnamese, "Bun" means rice noodles, and "Cha" means grilled pork. In Hanoi, many people choose Bun Cha for lunch, besides rice. Similarly, in Tokyo, many people choose ramen for meals other than rice. In 2014, when US President Obama visited Vietnam, he chose the famous Bun Cha to eat representative Hanoi cuisine. BETOMEN, based on a secret recipe passed down through generations of family, used to run a Bun Cha specialty restaurant in Hanoi, Vietnam. Even after immigrating to Japan, we have preserved that taste and are now delivering the charm of this traditional Vietnamese representative dish, "Bun Cha," to the people of Japan.
