Dinner Meals
Meals (Sapadu) is A South Indian set meal. We serve it on a banana leaf in the local style. For soupy dishes like sambar and kuzhambu, mix each one well with rice without mixing the dishes together, and eat them while nibbling on side dishes like kootu and poriyal in between. It is recommended to eat the appalam (fried cracker) by taking bites without crushing it, mixing it with payasam at the end, or crushing it and mixing it in a little. All refills are free. *One point It is also recommended to change the flavor by sprinkling podi (powdered lentils) on the table, or by occasionally taking a small bite of card chili (dried yogurt and salt-pickled chili; be careful as it is extremely spicy and salty), crushing it and mixing it in a little, or adding a little salt.
