Sakashokichi Saitori

This is a summer-limited sake from "Daishinshu," a sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture. It is a dry sake with a refreshing, smooth mouthfeel and fresh acidity, suitable for drinking chilled during the hot season.

A luxurious platter featuring 7-8 kinds of recommended ingredients of the day. It's a great value assortment where you can enjoy seasonal sashimi and the restaurant's signature dishes little by little.
