In addition to its menu, Jean-Christophe LEBASCLE offers a few daily specials on the blackboard included in this menu. Since July 2013, Jean-Christophe LEBASCLE has joined the Collège Culinaire de France - Quality Restaurant - which implies a commitment to the profession and to customers regarding the quality and transparency of homemade products and the quality of hospitality. The majority of our vegetables come from Sustainable or Organic Farming. Our vegetables are purchased at the Rungis Market at the Carré des Petits Producteurs. We are also very vigilant about the purchase of our meats and fish.
