Matsuya Umegaoka

Gyudon (beef bowl) made with thinly sliced beef and onions simmered in a special sweet and savory sauce, served over rice. Features tender meat and rice soaked in sauce. Adding the included egg (raw or soft-boiled) makes it milder.
