L'Atelier Dürüm is a family story! Our parents left their hometown Diyarbakir in the late 80s to settle in France and open their own restaurant. My brothers and I were born in the 80s, we are the next generation. Years passed, and it was time to take over. We modernized the restaurant while focusing even more on the traditional cuisine of the far Southeast of Turkey. In our restaurant, you will witness the entire creation of our dishes. Everything is made to order, with fresh ingredients, marinated meats, charcoal grilling, and spices imported directly from Turkey.
