Our proud homemade "Hanashizuku" soba is made with the blessings of the earth and sea. We use the finest soba beans, thinly ground, and knead them with a binder made from slowly simmered seaweed from the Sea of Japan. The firmness is completely different. (It doesn't get soggy easily, making it perfect with sake). Please enjoy our healthy, delicious "Hanashizuku" soba, freshly made every morning. We also offer the flavorful soba broth.
