Fragrant dishes are a tribute to Dao's family mum (Ama means grandmother) and the atmosphere testifies the warmth given to the children Dao when they escaped the Polpot regime and have been fostered by french families. Therefore, at Ama Dao, you're welcomed to feel at home.
