A course that luxuriously uses soft-shelled turtle, a high-grade ingredient said to be good for strengthening the body. You can fully enjoy the unique texture and rich umami of soft-shelled turtle through various cooking methods such as hot pot, sashimi, and deep-frying. The concluding Zosui (rice porridge) is exquisite.
