Pung-Yolam






Pung-Yolam, a 50-year-old traditional Korean beef sirloin specialty restaurant. When you order sirloin, we meticulously trim the fat and fascia from the sirloin after weighing it in Cheongnyang, and you can taste all parts of the sirloin cut into bite-sized pieces. When the flower sirloin, aged at a constant temperature for about 20 days, is placed on a cast iron skillet with high thermal conductivity, the beef fat envelops the meat, preventing juice loss and cooking it to be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Pung-Yolam has been using cast iron skillets since 1972, believing that direct grilling of sirloin hinders the inherent taste of Korean beef. We only use 1++ top-grade Korean beef that has not been fed antibiotics and do not handle beef cattle or imported meat.
