Homemade! Digestible, healthy, and delicious with 100% artisanal, fresh, and seasonal products. During Roman Antiquity, Pinsa - the ancestor of pizza - was a peasant recipe that used a blend of local cereals seasoned with salt and aromatic herbs. The recipe has been updated to become what is eaten in Rome today with a blend of wheat, rice, and soy flour, lighter and more digestible than classic pizza.
