Junmai-shu Super Dry
Nihonshu-do Not Disclosed / Acidity Not Disclosed
A Junmai Genshu (undiluted sake) made with Miyamasnishiki, released once a year in late spring. Its rich flavor, characteristic of Genshu, and its sharpness, true to its "super dry" name, can be enjoyed refreshingly with cold sake.
A local sake from Niigata Prefecture. It has a good balance of rice umami and acidity, with a light and dry taste. A sake that can be enjoyed both chilled and warm.
