Bowon!! insists on only domestic black goat meat. We only serve food prepared in-house. Rice, kimchi, gochugaru (chili powder), garlic, and onions are domestic. At Bowon, we only use domestic meat for all types of meat, including native black goat. All menu items are available for takeout.
