A cafe run by Imai Jyozo, a miso producer in Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture. You can enjoy dishes and desserts made with handmade miso. Imai Jyozo started making traditional Japanese miso in Aichi prefecture in 1958. Our first popular miso restaurant, Zomeshiya, launched in Nishio, Aichi. Later we opened our 4th shop, Cafe Paoon, in Tokyo. We make our food with our own homemade miso and also serve puddings and cookies.
