Since 1984, the year I left London, the city of fog, and discovered with passion, delight, and gourmandise Paris, the city of light; the pleasures of the table have given me the desire to gather at my home at "Portobello" people from diverse backgrounds. In order to spend a pleasant moment of conviviality together, I have put myself at the service of my customers who have largely become my friends. Always and still in search of various recipes and colorful dishes, I have found the path to happiness, sharing, and sincerity. Friendship and sympathy have decorated my dishes, but it is the sense of the sacred, invisible, that is most important. Present at the table, it unites us all.
