At "Yakitori Takagi," we are committed to "Murakoshi Shamolock," using only "Murakoshi Shamolock" for all chicken parts. Therefore, the number of parts is limited, and we offer them as a chef's selection. Aomori Shamolock is a local chicken that the Aomori Prefectural Livestock Research Center crossbred over twenty years. Mr. Murakoshi of "Murakoshi Shamolock Park" raises this Shamolock using his unique methods. The "Murakoshi Shamolock" raised by Mr. Murakoshi has exceptionally delicious fat, which is further enhanced when grilled over Binchotan charcoal. *Customers under the age of legal majority are not permitted to enter the premises during evening hours.
