Therefore, the number of parts is limited, and we offer them as a chef's selection. Aomori Shamolock is a local chicken that the Aomori Prefectural Livestock Research Center crossbred over twenty years. Mr. Murakoshi of "Murakoshi Shamolock Park" raises this Shamolock using his unique methods.
