Bordeaux - Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux. Deep color, Fruity nose, quite marked by the presence of a third of Cabernet Franc. On the palate, it is supple, round, vibrant, both fresh and very ripe, with great drinkability. A precise and delicious wine.

Bordeaux - Lussac Saint-Emilion. Beautiful garnet color, clear. Its nose is focused on black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, prunes). Its palate is full, well-rounded with fine but present tannins. It is a well-balanced wine between power, smoothness, and freshness.

Rhône Valley - Côtes du Rhône. A wine with flavors of ripe fruit and notes of spices. A rich palate, with powerful and silky tannins.

Barc - Val de Loire - Saumur-Champigny. Deep color. Nose very typical of Cabernet, with notes of red fruits, raspberry, a hint of bell pepper. On the palate, it is supple, fresh, light, with the crispness of tart fruits.

Languedoc-Roussillon. This wine has a deep color with purplish reflections. Its nose offers notes of fruit yogurts with aeration of fruits (blueberry, plum, and blackberry) and spices (cinnamon and white pepper). It reveals ripe tannins, with a powerful, full-bodied, flavorful palate with light menthol notes.

Brouilly - Beaujolais. This wine has a beautiful dark color. On the nose, a complexity dominated by ripe fruits is revealed, accompanied by floral notes. On the palate, its structure is bursting with vigor, structured and with a nice length in the mouth. It is a rich and elegant wine, with a fruity finish.

Burgundy. Deep color. On the nose, it's an explosion of red fruits. On the palate, it's direct and rich, well-balanced, with light and silky tannins. A wine for pleasure, which does not exclude a nice concentration.

Chile. The color is an intense and brilliant ruby. A very fresh and fruity nose, with aromas of small red fruits mixed with notes of black pepper, coffee, and caramel. The palate offers a balanced attack followed by a mid-palate with marked but soft tannins. The finish is very persistent.

Argentina. Brilliant ruby color. On the nose, aromas of small red and black fruits dominate with light hints of black pepper. The palate is concentrated with red fruits and sweet spices. The finish is long with notes of toast.

Corsica. This wine is full and tender, with a nice freshness, aromas of fresh fruit, lime blossom, and pastry. It is refined, with a structured, round palate, and beautiful freshness.

Côtes de Provence. This wine has a "flesh" color, slightly salmon. Its nose is charming, with notes of stewed peach, nectarine, enhanced by a touch of licorice. Its palate is silky and fresh.
