Our "Chuka Soba" is made without chemical seasonings. We aim for a ramen that is gentle on the body. Our Chuka Soba from the Nakano branch has been featured in the magazines "Ramen Daizukan", "Ramen Top 100 Stores", and "Ramen Walker 2022". Our chashu is delicious with a rich meat flavor. The Chashu Don is a delicious bowl that pairs well with Chuka Soba. We have increased the noodle portion for our regular Chuka Soba to 170g to 200g (before boiling). The noodle portion is 200g (250g dried noodles) before boiling. Extra-thick noodles are limited to 20 servings.
