Every piece is then coated in our house made panko, freshly baked each day from slow fermented sourdough, delivering a lighter, crispier bite unlike any other. Our Katsura yuzu salad dressing - a refreshing blend of yuzu, lemon juice, olive oil, carrot, and onion - brings brightness to every salad.
