Red Miso

Chicken Broth. BEST SELLER. Red miso takes longer to ferment and contains more spices than white miso. Therefore, red has a pronounced but not spicy taste.

A ramen with a rich and complex broth based on long-fermented red miso. Deep and pronounced flavor without being spicy. An essential classic.

Chicken Broth. White miso has a fruity taste and contains ginger.

A ramen with white miso broth, milder and slightly sweet with a hint of ginger. Silky texture and delicate taste.

Soy Sauce

Chicken Broth. The soup is prepared with two types of soy sauce, dried sardines, etc., in a chicken broth. Soy sauce ramen is the second most popular ramen after red miso.

ABURA Soba
