"Aoba" was founded in 1996 with the desire to "provide the original taste of Chuka-soba." While we may be biased, we have strived to pursue deep flavors by using ingredients luxuriously. Furthermore, as a specialty store, we have narrowed down our menu and focused on cleanliness and openness in our store's design, leading us to where we are today.
