A family story spanning four generations! First and foremost, a huge thank you to you, our wonderful customers, and to our front-of-house and kitchen teams, all so loyal after so many years. The adventure began with Charly de Bab El Oued in 1962 and continued with the restaurant Le Sud in 1994 and Maison de Charly in 2000. After decades of love and exclusivity for Moroccan cuisine, we decided to broaden our horizons and offer you new Mediterranean recipes. Chef François Lucchesi-Palli, from Restaurant Le Sud, has revisited our menu with his expertise and his colorful and flavorful ideas. A journey around the Mediterranean... Let yourself be guided!
