Bong-Yeondang




The Hanwoo (Korean beef) used at Bong-Yeondang is directly delivered from farms where it is raised healthily in the pleasant climate of the Gyeongsang and Gangwon provinces. It is aged for over 20 days in our in-store cold, humid aging room (Wet Aging) to achieve a tender and fragrant umami flavor unique to Hanwoo. We are a Hanwoo specialty restaurant located on Jeongdong-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul.

Hanwoo Doenjang Mari Juk (Rolled Doenjang Porridge with Korean Beef)

Serves 2. Doenjang mari juk (rolled doenjang porridge) made by adding Hanwoo brisket and seasonal fresh vegetables to the cast iron pan after grilling meat.
