Bibim House is the result of the meeting between a Korean woman and a Chinese man. After thirty years of experience in Asian cuisine, the couple has combined the best of both cuisines to take your taste buds on a journey through dishes prepared with love.


BIBIMBAP
The word "Bibimbap" comes from "bibim" meaning "to mix" and "bap" meaning "rice" in Korean. It is a popular dish in Korea mainly composed of rice, marinated vegetables, a fried egg, and often enhanced with chili paste (gochujang). Ingredients: Spinach - Carrots - Zucchini - Soybeans - Mushrooms - Radish - Egg - Sesame oil

Rice Pot The rice pot, on the other hand, is a Hong Kong specialty. Mainly composed of a rice base and meat (smoked, steamed, etc.), all enhanced with a secret homemade soy sauce. This dish, like bibimbap, is cooked in a hot stone pot with a crispy rice bottom, making it our house specialty.
