A tsukemen dish combining noodles soaked in black vinegar and bonito kelp water with a dipping sauce of black vinegar sweet and sour pork, an arrangement of our signature meat. Limited to 10 servings per day. *Black vinegar sour dipping sauce cannot be refilled (we will provide regular dipping sauce).
