Our kalguksu is made with chicken bone broth simmered for a long time and perilla seeds. It is seasoned to taste, but we have unsalted broth available, so please let us know if it's too salty. Handmade Noodles: The kalguksu noodles are kneaded by hand and aged the day before. Because they are aged noodles, they take some time to cook, but they are delicious. Kimchi is made fresh daily. It is very spicy!! If you like spicy and zesty flavors, adding kimchi to your kalguksu will make it even more delicious.
