It has a dense and chewy texture with a rice aroma. It is usually served with a special garlic soy sauce paste, offering a savory and sweet flavor.

Made with fresh milkfish paste for fish balls, irregular in shape, with a firm and chewy texture. The soup is thickened to a viscous consistency, with a fresh seafood flavor and a hint of sweetness. Recommended to be eaten hot, you can add black vinegar or pepper powder to taste according to personal preference.
