A selection of premium black teas from various regions of Taiwan, especially the renowned Sun Moon Lake black teas. These teas are mostly fully oxidized, with a mellow taste and rich natural aromas (such as floral, fruity, honey, and spice). Usually served in a pot with multiple infusions.
Pot-boiled milk tea is made by slowly simmering tea leaves directly in milk, resulting in a richer and more aromatic flavor than milk tea made by steeping tea and then adding milk. It has a rich texture, with a close fusion of milk and tea flavors, usually with a hint of sweetness.
