A flavor bomb soup using Kyushu barley miso. A luxurious soup developed solely for pairing with Saido's special "Supplement Noodles". Served with our special "Vegan Egg".

Wonton Abura Saimen (Wonton Oil Noodles)

Clear soup with a rich flavor (four-stage brewing) and smoked soy sauce kaeshi. Reproduces a somehow nostalgic Chinese noodle soup. The wontons with mushroom paste are inspired by ravioli floating in consommé. *Noodles are served with special noodles.
