Each Ichizen pizza is handmade using approximately one bowl (70g) of rice flour. It's the perfect size for one person. Please choose from the three types below. Served with a mini salad. The pizza dough is made with special cultivated rice, 'Toki to Kurashu', grown with great care on Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture, ground into high-quality rice flour, and baked with 'Shirakami Kodama Yeast', discovered in the World Natural Heritage site Shirakami-Sanchi. We also use additive-free Yotsuba cheese, which is [cellulose-free].
This is a gluten-free pizza made with rice flour. As the name 'Ichizen' suggests, it features a small size, about the size of one bowl of rice (approx. 70g), making it easy for one person to finish. It uses additive-free cheese and carefully selected ingredients, and comes with a mini salad.
