Noodles Tahou

A noodle soup with the numbing spiciness of Sichuan peppercorns (Ma) and the spiciness of chili peppers (La). It is characterized by its stimulating aroma of spices and spiciness, topped with vegetables and minced meat. Please enjoy slurping the hot soup and noodles.

This is a soupless type of Mala noodles. The noodles are eaten by thoroughly mixing them with the rich, spiced sauce. You can feel the direct stimulation of spices and umami more than with regular Mala noodles.

A classic Sichuan dish made by simmering tofu and minced meat with chili peppers, doubanjiang, and Sichuan peppercorns. It features the richness of our homemade miso and the numbing spiciness of spices, with a thick texture. We recommend eating it over the white rice served with the set.
