We offer tempura made with seasonal ingredients, served directly from the counter. Founded as a fishmonger in Akasaka 130 years ago, we evolved from supplying to restaurants in the Akasaka entertainment district to becoming a tempura restaurant. You can leisurely enjoy tempura and Japanese cuisine, prepared with seasonal fish sourced through long-standing relationships with fish markets and the discerning eye of our artisans, all within a cozy setting. All prices include tax.

Special Tendon
特製天丼
A rice bowl topped with tempura of seafood, vegetables, etc. A sweet and savory sauce soaks into the rice and tempura. Served with miso soup and pickles.
Kakiage Tendon
かき揚げ天丼
A rice bowl topped with kakiage, a dish made by frying small shrimp and vegetables together. The flavors of the ingredients meld together, offering a crispy texture.
Conger Eel Tendon
穴子天丼
A rice bowl featuring a large conger eel tempura as the main ingredient. It is characterized by its fluffy texture and fragrant batter, with a perfect pairing with the sauce.
Tembara
天ばら
A dish where kakiage (mixed tempura) is crumbled and mixed with rice, or small pieces of tempura are placed on top of rice. Often seasoned lightly with salt, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of tempura with rice.
