Not fried, no odor, moist, fluffy, with natto bacteria. Our donut dough uses carefully selected natto. By not frying in oil, it's lower in calories and healthier. We use fresh eggs and domestic butter. Each donut is handmade and baked after thorough aging. For takeout only (cannot be consumed in the store).
