Every day, we take great pleasure in preparing 100% homemade cuisine for you. We strive, of course, to follow the seasons for fruits & vegetables. To work with producers from the Île-de-France region or the Cévennes. With breeders from Perche for some of our meats. To follow reasoned and seasonal fishing for our seafood. This results in a dynamic menu, with the essential daily special and the seasonal menu where you will find your favorite dishes and the chef's surprises. We wish you a pleasant read and bon appétit!
