Dipping Noodles

This menu item is likely a summer special. We've started serving Tsukemen (dipping noodles). Soup wari is available. Please purchase the 800 yen or 900 yen ticket at the bottom right of the ticket vending machine.
Dipping noodles served with cold noodles and hot broth. Dip the noodles into the soup to eat. After finishing the noodles, you can ask for 'Soup Wari' to dilute the remaining broth for drinking.

Evening Special Made with hand-kneaded noodles using mochi wheat. Please purchase the gold ticket at the bottom right of the ticket vending machine.
Hot noodles tossed with a raw egg and soy sauce or dashi, similar to Carbonara. Uses chewy hand-kneaded noodles made with mochi wheat. Mix well while hot.
