Classic like a pair of Air Max or a 90s rap album, the OG is our French version of the kebab. Filled with lettuce, onions, cabbage, and our veal or chicken meat, it will convince both novices and seasoned eaters. Ingredients: Meat, Red cabbage, Onions, Lettuce.
The classic French-style version of the kebab (or 'Québab'). It is composed of veal or chicken meat, accompanied by red cabbage, onions, and fresh lettuce. A blend of authentic and balanced flavors, served in a soft bun.

The chef's collab: Horizontal x Anthony Romero. Cooking for over 15 years, Anthony has worked in many Avignon kitchens, where he served as chef just before opening his restaurant. His goal: authentic and minimalist cuisine aiming to let the star product shine on the plate. Le Kakkoii is composed of a black garlic mayonnaise, a 'bánh mì' salad, Asian-marinated cabbage, cilantro, and sesame seeds. Ingredients: Sesame, Cilantro, Meat, Marinated cabbage, Bánh-mì salad.
An Asian-inspired kebab from a collaboration with chef Anthony Romero. It combines a black garlic mayonnaise, 'bánh mì' style pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and sesame. Complex, tangy, and umami flavors.

Seasonal Quégré n°9 aka the crunchy 2.0. When the trees lose their leaves and the weather darkens, we have what you need to keep your spirits up and give you the desire to bite into life with full teeth: Le Monochrome. With transatlantic influences, Le Monochrome is composed of a red cabbage and purple carrot coleslaw, beetroot and pomegranate to enhance our 100% French veal or chicken meats. Ingredients: Pomegranate, Meat, Beetroot, Coleslaw.

Seasonal Quégré n°6. A quégré worth the detour for the end of the good weather? When it's well thought out, no need for long speeches, hurry up and run to discover Le Raffiné. To spoil your taste buds, Le Raffiné is composed of fig jam, treviso lettuce, Fourme d'Ambert AOP, walnuts, and our veal or chicken meat. Ingredients: Walnuts, Fourme d'Ambert AOP, Meat, Treviso Lettuce, Fig jam.
A gourmet kebab with a sweet and savory profile. It pairs meat with fig jam, treviso lettuce (slightly bitter), crunchy walnuts, and Fourme d'Ambert (creamy blue cheese). A rich and sophisticated experience.
