Épicerie Madeleine

Fried patties made from ground chickpeas or fava beans, mixed with various spices. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A must-have in Levantine vegetarian cuisine.

Preparation based on minced meat (usually beef or lamb) mixed with oriental spices and fresh herbs. Grilled to obtain a smoky and juicy flavor.

Thin slices of marinated chicken, stacked on a rotating spit and slowly roasted. The meat is tender, grilled, and rich in spices. Served hot.
