Ramen Tarō

Jiro-style ramen featuring a rich, salty pork-soy sauce broth and thick, chewy homemade noodles. Standard toppings include a mound of boiled cabbage and bean sprouts, and thick pork slices. 'Small' is actually a large portion by normal standards.

The 'Small Ramen' upgraded with extra slices of thick, tender braised pork (chashu). A hearty choice for meat lovers.
